This is an example of frowned upon behaviour, that is how one should not behave.

It was found by a Commission of Enquiry that the actions of John Rollason, an independant trustee, in relation to the members losing R20 million as a result of the actions of the former trustees whom Mr Rollason was replacing, were reprehensible and that there was clear action on his part to cover the tracks of Gail Le Grellier and ensure that the former trustees were able to exit without a shred of accountability for their gross negligent use of member funds.

It was found that the long-standing relationship between Gail Le Grellier and John Rollason, whom were working together on other funds at the time, probably contributed to a conflict between John Rollason's personal interests and his fiduciary duties to the members.

And despite all of this to date Mr Rollason has not paid any compensation to the members.
